🧾 Ingredients

1 cup Besan (Gram Flour)

1 small Onion (finely chopped)

1 small Tomato (finely chopped)

1–2 Green Chilies (finely chopped)

2 tbsp Coriander leaves (chopped)

½ tsp Turmeric powder

½ tsp Red chili powder
-
½ tsp Carom seeds (Ajwain)

Salt to taste

Water (as needed to make batter)

Oil or ghee (for cooking)
👩🍳 Method

Take besan in a bowl.

Add onion, tomato, green chilies, coriander, turmeric, red chili powder, ajwain, and salt.

Add water slowly and make a smooth, medium-thick batter (like dosa batter).

Heat a non-stick pan and lightly grease it.

Pour a ladle of batter and spread it gently into a circle.

Cook on medium flame until golden brown, then flip.

Cook the other side till crisp.

Serve hot.
