🧾 Ingredients

1 cup Ragi Flour (Mandia Chuna)

½ cup Rice Flour

1 small Onion (finely chopped)

1–2 Green chilies (finely chopped)

8–10 Curry leaves (chopped)

👩🍳 Method

Ek bowl me ragi flour, rice flour aur salt milaen.

Curd add karein aur dheere-dheere pani daal kar patla batter banayein (buttermilk jaisa).

Isme onion, green chili, cumin aur curry leaves mix karein.

Non-stick tawa medium heat par garam karein aur halka oil lagayein.

Batter ko center se bahar ki taraf failayein (thin dosa).

Kinare se oil dalein aur golden brown hone tak pakayein.

Palat kar 30–40 sec aur pakayein.
